FAQ’s

  • Deposits

    To secure your booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Payment can be made via Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal. Your session will be confirmed once the deposit is received.

  • Return Time

    All projects will be delivered within 7-10 days via a Google Drive link. ALL RAW IMAGES WILL BE SENT WITH A 3 DAY WINDOW TO CHOOSE IMAGES!

  • Cancellation

    If a cancellation is necessary, clients must notify at least 48 hours in advance to apply their deposit toward a rescheduled session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

  • Raw Images

    Raw images can be provided with a watermark upon request for review. To receive unwatermarked raw images, a $25 fee applies.

  • Exceeding time slot

    If the shoot exceeds the scheduled time, a grace period of up to 10 minutes will be allowed. Beyond that, the client will be required to cover the cost of an additional hour.

  • Guests

    Guests are welcome to attend, but please limit to three to minimize distractions and ensure you make the most of your session time.

  • Tardiness

    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $25 late fee will apply. Tardiness beyond 30 minutes will result in the cancellation of the shoot with no refund. Session time will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals.

  • Posing

    The photographer can provide basic posing guidance, but to make the most of your session, please research and save pose ideas beforehand (Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Google). This helps ensure a smooth and efficient shoot without losing time.

  • Appointments

    Please schedule any beauty appointments (makeup, hair, etc.) at least a few hours before your shoot to allow time for any adjustments and avoid delays.
